Where do you ship?
Orders are shipped within the United States only. Prices are presented in USD, and shipping is free across the site. We do not currently advertise delivery outside the United States.
When will my order leave?
We normally process an order in 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. After processing, the expected shipping transit is 4-6 business days. You receive a tracking number after shipment so you can follow the carrier updates.
Can I cancel an order?
A cancellation request can be made before the order ships. Contact support as soon as you decide you need a change and include the order number. After shipment, the order is no longer eligible for a pre-shipment cancellation and can be handled under the return policy instead.
What is the return window?
We offer 30-day no-questions-asked returns. Exchanges are also supported. Clorox pays the return shipping cost for a no-questions return and for a quality issue. Once a return is approved and received as instructed, a refund is sent to the original payment method.
How quickly is a refund issued?
After approval, allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear. The exact posting date depends on the bank or card issuer, even though the refund is initiated by the store.
Which cards can I use?
Checkout supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The transaction is settled in USD. The payment page explains the card policy and the way a declined or incomplete authorization should be retried.
How can I reach the team?
Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. For an order question, include the order number. For a product question, include the product name. The Contact Us page shows the live store contact details and provides a form for a written request.
What should I do with a cleaning product?
Read the complete manufacturer label before use, follow its safety instructions, and keep cleaning products away from children and pets. Never mix bleach with ammonia or other household cleaners.
